@onepeloton I have a *groudbreaking* suggestion. Under “Just Ride” add +1 min, +1 mile buttons on the screen. Sometimes the music hits too good and I want to add a minute or 5. No minus, just a +1min/1mile. Depending if you riding for length or time. TIA 🫶

@British_Airways You guys have a major customer service issue at all levels. You shouldn’t call your rude front line people “customer experience representative” because they experience is never good. Seems like that’s that standard though.

@British_Airways can you explain why I was forced to check my bag on my flight due to “no space” and then I watched 25 people with 2 sometimes 3 bags get let through and they were not required to check their bags?

@British_Airways Well thank god we checked them for this not busy and not full flight. We were told this was not optional. Several Americans were told this, everyone else was let through with many more and much larger bags. Hope my bags get there, and hope they are not damaged.

@Verizon @VerizonSupport Waiting on hold for 10 minutes to be answered and then have the representative mute him self mid-greeting and then hang up is almost comical if it wasn’t so on brand for you guys. On hold again. Let’s see if someone pretends to drop the call again.
