Our latest paper is out in @NAR_Open: Reconstructing DNA methylation maps of ancient populations. In the past, we devised methods to reconstruct premortem DNA methylation from ancient DNA, leveraging differential degradation patterns of methylated and unmethylated cytosines. 1/9
