As a long time DoD civ working in IT/data analytics, I agree with everything you have said. The reality it while I’m writing py etls, most of my coworkers are jockeying spreadsheets, stuck in the 1990s. How can you weed out the 90% zombie workers but not steamroll the minority of top performers? What about a survivor-style competition?

Darius has an uncanny ability to navigate the financial markets. I was thrilled to see him branch out on his own from HedgeEye. However, I think the real thanks goes out to the American taxpayers, without those millions taken from PPP loans during COVID by the HedgeEye crew, none of this would have been possible!
