@VodafoneBiz @TRAI @jagograhakjago I have visited voda rajouri store in Nov 2021 for some work and told that it can't be done unless I buy another sim.
Vodafone Karol bagh refused to take closure request as I lost that sim. Now I am asked to pay bill for the sim i don't have.
