@ReyMosquito They're, it depends with particular individuals behaviour towards the team. Mostly artisans and technicians do know what they do because their training is hands on, but Uni grads it's mostly theory they need to learn some things from the team but pride being boss doesn't permit

@Munyah_Wacho @ReyMosquito As a tech myself my experience wth some Uni grads is: the title they're given muIndustry and the respect that comes with it goes straight to the head before the experience and requisite skills,so they end up messing work just to prove a point am the boss it doesn't work that way
