@WarrenSmithFOX Warren, this would matter if they gave out prizes for leading the league mid season. I’m not aware of these prizes.

Reeks of attention seeking.

The only redeeming factor of being a Wallabies supporter is the fact you also get to go for the Australian cricket team

[Jácques Hàrde @jhards1996]

@Beddie28 @Edwardkeir I’ve never even heard of it

[Jácques Hàrde @jhards1996]

Shoutout to USB-C, feel like we’re really starting to reap the rewards of more widespread adoption.

Anyone feeling the same? #technology

Most overdone / generally poorly done themes?

- Gatsby / Roaring 20s
- Casino Royal

Both spring to mind. Not hating on the themes themselves but they fall victim to being so accessible that they are often poorly executed.

[Jácques Hàrde @jhards1996]

@Edwardkeir No doubt, the excitement to recalibrate knowing what’s on offer makes Day 2 even more exciting imo.

Day 1 also has the added pressure of overfilling to provide sample size for subsequent recalibration.

@Edwardkeir Bye week from fantasy helps

[Jácques Hàrde @jhards1996]

@NBWT__ Every day I hear another story that makes me like Terrell even more.

King shit.

[Jácques Hàrde @jhards1996]

@Edwardkeir Separately, absolute cracker of a pic.

[Jácques Hàrde @jhards1996]

@Edwardkeir I don’t reckon it’s a partisan issue but a radicalisation of Twitter issue, I’m seeing way more vitriolic seethe and cope than gloating.

[Jácques Hàrde @jhards1996]

@SCWhisperer This is typical Fox, spend litres of ink on tearing a player down only to point the finger at “the media” when it goes too far.

[Jácques Hàrde @jhards1996]

@al3x94068357 @badel_cmail @nrlphysio @travismeyn Not a good example to be setting!!

[Jácques Hàrde @jhards1996]

@Beddie28 Just standing there, chin up, chest out. Majestic.

[Jácques Hàrde @jhards1996]

@Edwardkeir Nah agreed, I guess I was latched onto the pre-covid point (given my limited pre-covid reference points).

Genuine question, what’s the most competitive sports league in the world? Feels like all of the examples I can think of have the same issues.

[Jácques Hàrde @jhards1996]

@Edwardkeir I agree with that, I guess just no proposed suggestions given a cap already in place.

Do you think that Penrith’s dominance overshadows teams that may otherwise be in a premiership window?

[Jácques Hàrde @jhards1996]

@al3x94068357 @Edwardkeir I don’t know if you have trouble with reading comprehension or memory loss but I specified 50+. When was the cows last premiership?? 🤡

[Jácques Hàrde @jhards1996]

@nrlphysio Awful :( hate to see this.

[Jácques Hàrde @jhards1996]

@mlindy1969 Absolutely abhorrent if true!
