@lisa_h01@bt_uk Having a similar issue, BT just don't care for vulnerable or disabled people, when you eventually get digital voice, dont expect much, its terrible. If the internet drops, so does the phone, our phone keeps dropping every week, DV isnt an upgrade, it just makes it cheaper for BT.
@bt_uk The problem was sorted by one particular individual who picked up on the issue that over 20 others at BT did not, 99% of your team and company is a complete and utter shambles with customer service intelligence.
@bt_uk This service is terrible, digital voice is a joke, cant reliably seek an alternative because everyone uses BT lines, in order to speak to someone important one must face a barrage of useless bods 'doing their job.' Website is down so you cant track your fault.
Also, I thought previously I was able to purchase, for example, a few hundred pages, it would be very costly to buy an annual plan just for OCRing about 300 pages once in a blue moon.
@ABBYYenterprise Hi, does the Abbyy finereader online tool have the ability to recognise English Gothic text? I notice it has Frakture/German Gothic, I have a Journal I need to OCR.
@catrionamblog@BTCare They don't, they are the most unethical company out there, when the service is up, its great, but when something goes wrong, you are screwed as their customer service is appalling, they tell u different things and hand out empty apologies.
@BTCare BT is the most careless monopolistic arrogant dishonest cancerous shithole of a company. To anybody who has issues, just email CEO and they sort it within 48 hours, every little runt under CEO just lies.
@ABBYY_Software As follow up to my previous query, the corruption is a temporary file, if i zoom in on the recognition attempt, there is a blue and yellow horrizontal patch of colour, i can delete the page and open from file and it works, but SO inconvenient
@ABBYY_Software I keep getting codec errors, cbComponent.frdat is corrupted, but it could be other errors during recognition, The same file will work fine when i retry afterwards. the error stops that whole process though. reinstalling did not work.
@ABBYY_Software Okay thanks, if I just do the process again usually just works, with the exact same file etc, so its an inconsistency. If it becomes more annoying I will contact the support team.
@ABBYY_Software Hello, I am sometimes getting an error using Finereader 14 OCR editor, sometimes it will come up with an error with a page, ZIP Codec error, cbComponent is corrupted, or grayComponent is corrupted, it stops the entire process
