Hi Karen, I have contacted your customer relations team several times since May and they “believe” there was an extra piece of sporting equipment when there clearly was not.
We travelled with sporting equipment on @British_Airways in May. On our return flight we were charged twice (on top charge for sporting equipment paid) . 5 months later we are advised that they “think” that we were charged because we had another sporting equipment? Not good!!
We are not even fully in holiday season and @British_Airways can’t cope. Check in down, 45 min to wait for a chat. ….. I paid for seats for us in June only to find on check in for tomorrow that we had been randomly moved to middle seats in different rows! Why bother paying?
@British_Airways Disappointingly after sending details as requested i was fobbed off with the usual reply of how “we were not forgotten”. Why ask me for details if you don’t have any intention of addressing the issue.
@British_Airways customer services response is very disappointing. Almost 5 weeks after I was overcharged (twice) on a trip to/from Poland still only holding emails? Shocking. I bet they would not wait 5 weeks if I owed them money? #BritishAirways#badcustomerservice
@Hertz it appears impossible to speak to someone in your customer service team. The number you publish does not offer a conversation just website info. Can you advise please? Thank you
South East Coast Ambulance Leaders. Are you able to participate in a short interview on Leadership in ambulance services for my MBA dissertation ? If you are able to spare half an hour to discuss your views on leadership please contact me via email. [email protected] Thank you!
@ActuateGlbl Consumer act 2019 applies. I am in the cooling off period and I am advising I do not want a membership or anything else so a refund is the expected resolution.
It’s a shame to see what methods companies deploy to maintain (unhappy) customers. @ActuateGlbl is not setting a good example using unapproved “auto-renewal” claiming they sent emails (junk mail)? The consumer act 2015 still applies! I have a right to change my mind for 14 days!
@ActuateGlbl Your team emailed me that I can have a free coaching session and a credit note or I could dispute the payment. I don’t want membership or coaching please refund me and others who raised the same issue! #trustpilot#notasolution.
On the positive side I am learning about the consumer act 2019 -not 2015 (my error) and the different services available to customers : https://t.co/achvasaMah
According to @UberEats 1.5 delivery is a priory timeframe due to weather. It is cold but everybody else gets to work & other deliveries arrive on time? My feedback has been noted and will go towards improving the overall Uber Eats experience! Really?
@UberEats we paid for priority delivery - over one hour later nothing has arrived… your customer service agent suggested they could cancel the order but still charge me. Great idea!!! I was then advised to contact them via your help options in the app….. that’s what we did?
@UberUKsupport You just gave a lot of excuses and advised my order was on time. Sorry but if you don’t have resources don’t take peoples money. 1.5 hours for a cold order is not on time more acceptable
