Based on these assumptions and the current political situation, I think a rerun is a possibility.
@ManLikeIcey The South could be split between Tinubu and Obi at roughly 60/40, respectively.
In the North, I see it being around 70/30 between Atiku and Tinubu.
Tinubu may have a broader geographical spread, but that does not necessarily translate into a majority of the total votes.
