@SteelersWin109 They don’t want to look up the Steelers receiving corps in 2010 and see that AB was wide receiver 5 behind Wallace, Ward, Sanders, and Randle El 😂
Had he applied for the supplemental draft early in the process instead of trying to fight for his college eligibility, they may have had a supplemental draft this year. The NFL cited that they didn’t have enough time to investigate his gambling issues as well as set a timetable up for the supplemental draft to be held. Teams start training camp in less than a month.
@scarpizio Do you think we will ever see a new rule that will allow a team to protect possibly one draft pick per year during their rookie season from being poached off the practice squad by another team?
@scorindorin Darnell Washington had a higher snap count compared to Pat until his injury. Obviously Arthur Smith ran alot of 12 and 13 personnel, and McCarthy won’t though.
@ChrisDokish Herbig’s extension doesn’t start until next year. They don’t have to trade anyone NOW. You guys jump to conclusions instantly. They can run it with all 3 this year, reevaluate at the end of the season and decide after the fact.
@SteelersWin109@relley40 Also, paying Willis doesn’t mean anything for the dolphins. Not a crazy contract and we watched the falcons throw a bag at Kirk cousins and then draft his replacement before he ever took a snap for them.
@JeremiahMiller0 They have no reason to trade either before the 2026 season. Highsmith has no guarantees left in his deal and doesn’t hit free agency until prior to the 2028 season. They’ll run 2026 with all 3 and reevaluate after this season.
@JN_Steve_ Travis Homer is making the roster due to his special teams ability. That’s why they signed him. He’s going to fill in where Killebrew was as the personal protector.
