People voted to leave the European Union in the Brexit referendum.
The UK is no longer a member of the European Union as of January 2020.
People wanted to make their own trade deals - we now have got this with India, US & EU and there'll always be concessions.
This is Brexit.
The thing about the new EU deal is that we can walk away from it, if we want. We can change it in due course. We can leave it as it is.
That’s the reality of Brexit. That wasn’t possible as a member.
Also sick of the coverage around fishing. They probably have been used as a bargaining chip but surely the returns are greater across the board?
Would we really want to sacrifice a wider agricultural agreement over fishing when agriculture represents a higher % of GDP?
