@HiveHelper our Hive system has been getting gradually worse over the last few months, with it going offine/having a fault every day. It's now at the point where the heating doesn't come on when it's scheduled to. Please help! ⛄️❄️

Awful day at @altontowers today. All flagship rides closed, some for the entire day. Others breaking down after 2hr queues. Only managed 3 rides in 6 hours, having paid extra for 'fast' track. Not bad for £58 per person entry fee. #altontowers #neveragain
