Charged a cancellation fee even though the driver already had a passenger and asked me to share the cab. Screenshots below.
In one screenshot it says no cancellation fee, but while booking it’s auto-adding a fee amount.
No customer care?? Very frustrating.

Why paper bags aren't being used for deliveries anymore? This change is causing big inconvenience to a delivery person and us , especially with pets at home. Pls provide paper bags or alternative packaging options.

@zomato @zomatocare My order on 9th May was never delivered, and there’s been no refund. 3 order IDs for 1 order (6857555120, 6856776780, 6863195112), delivery agents kept changing. The restaurant confirmed handover, but it never reached me. No help from customer care for refund!

Pathetic, horrible services from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. I have been trying to resolve broadband issues since 2 days. But customer service is just playing ping pong in different teams.

@goibibo Kindly check the screenshot in DM for ur info.. if u see already ₹399 was charged under ancillary charges... however again ₹399 got deducted twice .. (red circled) so total ₹798 to be refunded @goibibo
