cerita alasan jeonghan rutin pergi yoga:

bahunya jeonghan dulu sakit bgt sampe ga bisa angkat lengan. waktu promosi Maestro beneran sakit bgt smpe ga bisa angkat lenganㅠㅠ kan sampai absen byk part di choreonya jg.
pas enlistment dijadwalin operasi bahu sama rehab trs org di kantornya rekomendasiin tempat studio yoga yg masih dia datengin sampe sekarang, disana jg diksh tau ternyata masalahnya bukan bahu tp pelvis(panggul) nya jeonghan ga seimbang😭😭
dia hrs terus koreksi pelvis dan abis selesai wamil bahunya udh membaik smpe ga perlu operasi lg🥹
tp krn keluar wamil jh sibuk 4 minggu ga yoga, bahunya mulai sakit lagi jd dia harus bgt rutin yoga biar ga sakit lg(poor babie😭) segala cara jh lakuin rutin olahraga, yoga, segala ke tmpt pengobatan tradisional korea juga.
