You would not believe how disgraceful the @Citibank customer service agents are. They told me an email had been sent about these changes. When I asked if my specific problem was addressed in the email, the answer was “NO”. Can you believe this BS. They have zero integrity.

So @Citi took over @Barclays @AmericanAir credit card and apparently to make life easy @citi las locked me out of my card and told me to wait 7 to 10 days for a letter to be able to regain access….FOR NO CLEAR REASON.
