You would not believe how disgraceful the @Citibank customer service agents are. They told me an email had been sent about these changes. When I asked if my specific problem was addressed in the email, the answer was “NO”. Can you believe this BS. They have zero integrity.
After many hours of having to deal with @Citibank yesterday to address a problem THEY created regarding my @AmericanAir@AskCiti card, I was assured the problem was resolved.
Narrators Voice: It was not resolved and the problem still exists. @Citibank lied AGAIN!!!
Hey @AmericanAir! Are you OK with @citi jerking your credit card customers around? @AskBarclaysUS never did this while I had the American Airlines Barclays card.
@AskCiti UPDATE: @AskCiti was not SORRY about having jerked me around. They clearly have a culture that is intended to treat the customer like they are a PIECE OF SHIT. That is @Citibank for you. And apparently @AmericanAir is perfectly fine with their partner treating people this way
So @Citi took over @Barclays@AmericanAir credit card and apparently to make life easy @citi las locked me out of my card and told me to wait 7 to 10 days for a letter to be able to regain access….FOR NO CLEAR REASON.
