Regarding this issue, send mail to @tim_cook@Apple, no response, and reached out to the @AppleSupport. They said it it not their responsibility. But still apple claims that they are still top customer friendly brand 😤

is on 05/01/2024 I requested a callback and the person(I forgot his name) mentioned that he was from HQ Ireland. He told me that "if something happened to the phone during the OS update then it was not Apple's responsibility"

I promptly contacted Apple customer care and visited the authorized service center on the 26th, providing them with the necessary details and authorizing the investigation of my case under Case ID: 102185161959.
