This is something that I honestly believed in high school because that's what my parents, peers, and environment had taught me. Therapy was always "for the weak" and looked down on.

I wasn't able to start seeking help or finding coping mechanisms until I knew and understood what I was dealing with YEARS later. It's something that I still struggle with today.

Spreading this shit on a large scale is dangerous for kids growing up who don't have anyone to teach them any better :/

I've been noticing at shows that instead of mosh pits I get groups of people that huddle together and hold onto each other while dancing, more and more people join until its a big ball of good vibes

I'm gonna call it a Josh pit until someone else comes up with a better name.
