Thurs - Rest/Aerobics/10KM run.
Fri - Abs and core
Sat - Adductors, Hamstrings, calves.
Sun - Full body.

One thing I love to buy and I’ve never regretted before is clothes. New clothes in the wardrobe even when I don’t know where I’d wear it to. It’s never a waste, there will be need for it someday. Investing in how you dress, what you show up in will never be a waste.
I remember this vaguely, but I read something someone shared last year that if you’re ever lucky to be blessed with motion, that wind at your back, run.
Run fast and far, for the wind is fickle and legs do tire. A moving man will meet his luck, as long as he never stops.
