The fact I can buy a 2,500 sq ft house with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 3 car attached garage with a work shop for about the same as renting a 2 bedroom apartment needs to be illegal.

Planned on conquering my fear of heights yesterday by zip lining over a gorge in KY.

Turns out all I needed was the peer pressure from an 80yr old Marine in my group that did it without flinching.

Sometimes I feel like my hobbies are super weird. Today I talked to another person online whose also 6’6 and drives around tiny old VWs with custom seats and steering wheels to make them drivable. My hope has been restored.

Last Friday I finally broke down and complained to my boss how unhappy I was. Took off Monday. Came in Tuesday to a review and a $2 raise with a change in position. I’m getting too old to settle and I love it😇

I’m so glad I chose to enjoy different cultures instead of being arrogant. I feel like it’s so easy to end up hateful when you grow up with little to no diversity or culture of your own. Immigrants are really some of the coolest people you’ll ever talk to but most won’t.

I spent a lot of my weekend researching beanie babies bc I found one thrift shopping with a factory error from 1996. Today I found out it’s worth $7. However my newfound skill of identifying rare and counterfeit beanie babies is something I’m sure will help me for a lifetime.
