I had booked flight from mumbai to bahrain in kuwait airways from flipkart, when i reach at airport for bording pass, airline denied to give me bording pass bcs of i didnt complete 14 days after second dose of vaccination, i don't know about this rules

As i talked with airlines so thay said talk to your booking agency and you guys didn't give me any fruitful answer.. At a time of leaving from airport airline member clearly told me that Rescheduling is possible so Please reschedule or refund

As i already rised so many mail regarding my rescheduling issue but no one give me fruitful answer, flipkart backend team said that there is no rescheduling or cancellations possible. Why??
