@Hertz Red eye flight LAX-CLT cancelled last night, began trying to change reservation online. Site defaults to "need to log in," while we ARE logged in. On hold forever and cannot reach anyone by phone to alter reservation. Why is customer service so bad?

@morganisawizard @jbarro Call me an Internet amateur psychoanalyst, but he appears to be suffering prefrontal cortex impairment. A 5 year old can clearly SEE his decided lack of judgment. Absence of trust & sense of safety, is yeah, scary 4 children. Just looks like a lotta self-loathing, unfortunately😱
