A5: Talk to people that are familiar with the child and get their likes and what works for them so we can start out positively quickly. Home visits and conversations , showing them that you are interested in them. #ECLCHFB

A3: yes, he still needs to learn that it is negative behavior and that it can be replaced with positive behavior. Being held accountable is not punishment. Learning through practice. #ECLCHFB

A2: Many times. My reaction 8 years ago is a lot different than now. Depending on the child and situation; ignore, ask child if they need help or if there is something I can do to help them calm down, offer them to be a helper, repsond in a calm, personal manner. #ECLCHFB
