@SteveNomadic If there was an issue with a relay on the switches (I havent seen exactly what the bulletin referred to) then surely the odds of BOTH relays having the same failure within 1 second of each other (when it's never happened on any other aircraft before) is practically impossible?

@MCCCANM Don't forget it's easier to leave the aircraft than risk death. I believe those seats are not Zero-Zero so if they waited another 5 seconds for P1 to finish troubleshooting then it may have meant they were too low/slow to get out safely.
