A4-Definitely small groups is the answer for me. I can focus on what each student needs. A lot of students are overwhelmed by large group instruction, so I can see their personalities come out in a smaller group. #rcstechchat

A3-It is pretty easy to get to know K parents. From Kindergarten parent night to open house they are willing to talk all about their little ones and their home life. It is fun to connect the parents to the students in your class. #rcstechchat

A2-Make lists of things you do this year to make next year easier! Believe it or not, you will forget!

Thanks, @Tibbstechcoach! A1-Creating positive relationships in Kindergarten is important because for some this is their first school experience. I do an "All About Me" bag so they can get to know who I am and then that opens them up to talking about themselves.
