If any of your furry ones start choking & you don’t have the time to sort through 1,500 screenshots, I promise that I will have this tweet pinned forever
Hey everyone, it's Nick and I'm working with Cory Richardson (@Richardson1224) to help raise support for several communities that have been devastated by Hurricane Helene.
The communities we will focus most on are: Hampton, Roan Mountain, and Erwin. Below is the link to a GoFundMe in which Cory will be directly working with a local church to oversee supplies and goods bought with the funds raised. Some of these people have lost everything to their name, and they are the same people that would give you the shirt off of their backs if you needed it. They are the everyday workers that a lot of us can relate to, and need all the help they can get right now.
As always, transparency is the most important factor in all of this. Cory will be keeping a spreadsheet of donations as they come in. Please take some time and look at some reports/ pictures in the areas named above to see how truly horrific the damage is. For any large donations, Cory and I can work toward getting tax write-offs. Any questions, please reach out to Cory. Thanks!
I went to a tea party themed birthday party yesterday. We were asked to bring a piece of gossip with us, and spill the tea at the tea party. 10/10 party, 1000/10 idea
this guy told me today that I was really lucky to have so many good & genuine friends and I agree. I hit the friend jackpot in this lifetime for sure.
Confused to report that one of my brothers thinks about the Roman Empire 2-3 times a week.
Another brother thinks about the Roman Empire weekly, but is more often thinking about the Punic Wars, the Varian disaster, medieval kingdoms, the Reconquista, and the Crusades 😂😂😂
@tyrannasarusbex He’s the 2-3 times a week! His most common thoughts are about aqueducts, lead poisoning, and how bad leadership can drive something so huge into the ground (which… relevant).
@danielsilliman He just took days to text back 😂 he said weekly! My dad said nearly daily, in part bc… you know… the Bible. But then he also went into a bunch of other reasons why he thinks about it that often. How often do you??
