Also worth noting, I have been a customer and supporter of this company professionally for over a decade. Spent thousands with them. And this is how @hootsuite treats me...I know they've gone through tough times but yikes--my patronage and advocacy for this tool will be ending :/
A predatory, free trial upgrades me and charges me without my knowledge or consent, on the highest tier for a full year.
In spite of being in this tier, I can't find a single human to talk to to reverse the charge. 🙃

@AirCanada Seriously you guys couldn’t have botched up a simple direct flight any more than you have. Can’t wait for the reply from your customer service team in 2-3 weeks. Just awful. Can’t believe how bad things have gotten...WestJet and Porter jt is from here on out.
Anyone else think airline websites scam you once you search for a flight? My price @AirCanada jumped nearly $200 while I was in the process of booking. The payment failed multiple times with multiple payment methods. It’s 3 weeks for an email response & 1 hour hold. Gouging or..?
@AirCanada THE SAGA CONTINUES. I am now stuck in a customs line because you double booked my tickets. (Reversed charges, but didn’t cancel the other seat). Now going to miss my flight. Please send free voucher and ticket for next flight to Florida. 😁
This is my second call and 4th email about all the issues I’ve had (only got one awful non-response from them via email). How is @AirCanada this bad? Looks like it’s gonna be @porterairlines and @WestJet from here on out. Just ridiculously bad prices and services.
THE SAGA CONTINUES! @AirCanada charged me for two tickets—but never sent the ticket for one. Now I have two charges and am on hold for over an hour to solve this. How about taking some of the money you get overcharging for flights & use it to hire more support people?!!
