@VerizonSupport Actually my complaint is @VerizonSupport does not honor the contract that was signed by the customer. Agent says promotion changed, well I do not care I bought the phone 2 years ago.

After a 90min call to @Verizon I can say do not sign anything with them. Agent says go up a plan for internat travel, change back when you get home. Guess what you lose your device credit for the rest of the contract! I guess @Verizon does not honor their part. Go Att T-Mobile
