@lyft I’ve now been waiting 35 min for a 3 min preferred ride. From SFO! 2 cancellations, another keeps taking wrong turns. This is beyond frustrating after 8 hrs of travel. Plus if I try to message my driver, it connects me to a previous driver who cancelled on me. What a mess.
