Once a week I drive less than a km and pick up milk from our local dairy farmer in a 6 litre churn. I make yogurt, soft cheese and new on the list is a small hard cheese.
We have decided to re~wild half an acre of our land, letting nature take over. Willow, Hazel, Sweet Chestnut & Oak samplings are returning & a path or 2 has been cut into the lush grassland. @ourlifeinfrance

@SmallholdersUK I've learnt that organic doesn't necessarily mean good practice. It's just a label. I look for provenance now and ignore the organic label. It's how you look after your pigs that count, what life they have led. I love buying direct from the producer.
Dominic Cummings has now admitted repeatedly breaking the lockdown rules.
Of course, he thinks he has an excuse - that those rules didn’t really apply to him - but we absolutely do not agree.
