@DougWahl1 Serious question: what if a player on the Texas Rangers was offended by Faith and Family Night? What if he wrote some satanic phrase on his cap?
@ShenkLarry People need to study his 1952 season. I know baseball is different now, but the man had 30 complete games. He had a 17 inning complete game. 28 wins and two saves.
@wildforcongress I know this isn’t the main theme of the post, but I think the ribbon should be longer too. I have difficulties with things being around my neck. Things like work IDs or passes to be somewhere bother me. So, it would be very hard for me to wear a Medal of Honor.
@magachrchpastr He actually is collecting a paycheck; he donates the money to a”charity.” he takes the tax right.
He also spends something like $5 million dollars of tax money to fly to Florida every weekend, so I guess we’re breaking even there
@BeschlossDC I remember the bicentennial minute. It was on CBS every day at around 8:28 PM. A celebrity would give a one or two minute narration of some specific event that happened exactly 200 years ago. I think it started in January 1975 and went through July 4 76.
@ErieYinzer@BillKristol Thank you for saying that. I’ve been wondering why no one’s talking about how long it’s taking to construct an unneeded scaffolding. They installed his name using two scissor hoists. Book that they wiii tell us the cost of removing it.
@BillKristol Watching live stream right now. They appear to be building the scaffolding incredibly slow, with a very large crew. When the name went up, it was done with two scissors hoists and when I’d rather quickly.
@MSNOWNews I think a News organization should compare how the name was put up and how it was taken down. It was put up with a pair of scissor hoists; a small crew and done fairly quickly. It is coming down using a fixed scaffolding that they’ve been constructing for three hours.
@hwinkler4real@Suzierizzo1 Just think of the conspiracy that would need to be in place to rig the vote. Votes are counted at the very local, county and state levels, someone involved in the conspiracy would see it.
