@HowardOvens Happened to me 5 years ago last week. Doing an easy 10K run Fortunately I was at a gym and the ambulance was 3 minutes away. I was a serious triathlete at the time. Cardiac arrest. Not heart attack. From arrhythmia no prior symptoms. Many broken ribs but all good Before COVID
