@VZWSupport this is the worst customer service. After waiting on hold for an hour the person I get does not know what they are doing and refused to get a supervisor. I called back and got a supervisor who said she would fix the account

When she called back it still was not fixed. She said give it 15 min and she would call back. That was an hour ago no call. I am back on hold with no access to my account as the did something now I cannot log in as it locked
