2/2 Manager, Brodie, says that the 72 hours is not a thing & he will instigate training; later in the call he suggests waiting 72 hours & denies saying it wasn’t a thing - he cannot see why orders were cancelled. Computer says, “No”, perhaps? Boots will go bust, make no mistake.
