This is how bad the situation is with Uber these days. I was involved in an accident. My car that I was riding in was slammed into on the freeway in Chicago on the passenger side where I was sitting. I reported this to Uber safety and there was no callback no concern.

@SouthwestAir big shout out to Ivan at Gate 15 in San Diego. I was helping a new mom of an 8 week old get her stroller and suitcase gate checked to her destination. The two bags put her over the limit and would get the $75 fee. Ivan and his manager had the fee waived as GOG!
