Antony Waste Handling Cell Limited received a contract from Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority for electric mechanical road sweeping machines along with comprehensive O&M for 5 years, extendable by 2 years. The contract size is approximately ₹243.22 crore for the period. The order is domestic and not a related party transaction. Promoter groups have no interest in GNIDA. The contract pertains to the East Zone roads under GNIDA jurisdiction.

Royal Jordanian Airlines, the national carrier of Jordan, selected Ramco Systems' next-generation aviation software after a global evaluation. The platform will cover engineering, maintenance, supply chain, safety, quality, and MRO functions to enhance operational efficiency and compliance. Ramco's software will integrate with Royal Jordanian’s existing IT landscape to enable real-time visibility and paperless operations. The deal underscores Ramco's positioning in the aviation software market serving over 24,000 users globally.
