@NickFaldo006 That photo was taken at the 1995 Export 'A' Skins Game at The National GC in Toronto. The guy in the middle is a photographer named Laurent Cayla. The toe on the lower right belonged to the late Ben Kern. I was standing beside Ben. Bob @BobWeeksTSN was also in the photo.

@garrigus_robert I'm 69 years old, I don't smoke marijuana, but I also DON'T think you made a mistake! I think the Tour is wrong to list marijuana as a drug. Why you get publicly shamed when other, bigger stars using real drugs don't, is beyond me.
