Why is @CoxComm so bad at customer service? They tell me I need an installation and Cox Complete Care will help me avoid the installation cost. Then they tell me installation isn’t covered. Then when I try to cancel they leave me on read.

One of the times their representative tried to upsell me after confirming that I had literally no internet access. Why would you ask me to buy more when you literally cannot provide me the service to begin with.
