@TicketmasterUK the phone used (by my wife) had one tab open on the ticketmaster site from the beginning, signed in and yet for no reason at all it told her once she was at the front of the queue (an hour and a half queuing from 13k down to 0) her place was then invalid.

@TicketmasterUK unbelievable - got in the queue early on the website - started at 13,000, waited an hour and a half watching the number go down. Finally got to the front of the queue and said the place was now invalid.. why? And there's £4K tickets for sale. So mental! So unfair!

@HSBC_UK Hi, I successfully registered for a HSBC Credit Card yesterday evening and completed the full process until it said that I need to just wait for the card and pin number to arrive etc. but I haven't received any emails at all, which seems odd. Can you help please.
