For the few supporters who are wringing their hands over this ad, keep in mind that #Boomers are #RFKJr's worst demographic. They don't even know he's running.
Boomers vote, no matter what. They'll walk a mile in neck deep snow to get to the polls, guaranteed.
All those boomers just heard "Kennedy" about 50 times in this ad....name recognition.
The tune & the color scheme is legit for the boomer era of advertisements, + the actual #JFK commercial. And, there's apt to be some young people who like the retro feel.
But certainly, boomers were the target. I think it was smart.

When you direct a film you have seven different unions all wanting different things, you have to find consensus with all of them, and you have to get them moving in the same direction.

He’s never had to do any of that kind of stuff. I just look at it and I laugh when I see him say “Hollywood elite.” Hollywood elite? I don’t have a star on Hollywood Boulevard, Donald Trump has a star on Hollywood Boulevard! Fuck you!"
