旦那が作ってるゲーム見て「なんで人類の半分は女なのに男向けばっかり作ってるんだろう。売れるって。絶対売れるって」と主張し（当時専務だった）「でもスタッフそろわないし…女少ないから女向けって言われても…」「だーーーらっしゃぁぁぁぁぁぁぁ」で10年かけてスタッフを集めて（女性プログラマーなど多数。途中結婚退職とかでスタッフが減ってもまったくめげなかった。旦那もしっかりとしたプランが固まるまでは静観）作ったからなあれ。
そして実際にアンジェリークなりが形作られて行くとメインの光栄スタッフも参加して（スケジュールがおせおせになってしまった）形に仕上げて世に出した。
「いやなんかこうふわっとしたプランなのになんでそんな確信的に売れると言い切れるんです？」と言われても「逆に聞くけどなんで売れないと思うの？」と自信たっぷりに聞き返しシブサワコウ自身が「いやーまぁともかくやってみようよとしか…」っていうぐらい。
女性だけで女性のためのゲームを作りたかったが最後は現実を柔軟に受け止めて会社のためにスタッフ総動員で作り上げたのが伝説のアンジェリークである。
なぜか男性にも馬鹿売れしている。
なおスーファミだったためゲーム中にボイスは収録できねえ！ドラマCDとか付帯で儲けを出す！と最初からメディアミックスありきで邁進してるのでシブサワコウとはまじで目線が違う。
この辺りはたしか本が出てるのでそれを読むともっと面白い。
結婚・出産に対する企業としての取り組みが充実したのもこのルビー・パーティの存在があってこそ。
今は長女にリーダーをバトンタッチしてチームは健在である。
まわりが売れねえ！と言ったって聞きゃあしねえし実際大当たりさせているので「で、いまなんつった？」が返しになっている。
そもそも資金も自分で稼いでたようなもんなんで…
