Jioairfiber is not a fiber it is one step back it is a copper wire, very poor service even after Refund Approval and Commitment, they are going back on their words. It's a scam and Harassment.

@aryaroyc @JioCare @reliancejio Please do not buy JioAirfiber.. it is not fiber but copper wire.. I had bought it on 1st May and there were frequent Disconnection. @JioCare cancelled my connection as they were not able to resolve the issue and no refund Since 3 month, worst cust experience.
Be careful @aryaroyc

@JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN jio team is not there for their customers. Jio team cancelled my connection without intimation as @reliancejio was not able to provide service. Please escalate if you are not able to help..

@JioCare @JioCare there was a confirmed commitment from Ajinkya Waghmare that as they were not able to give me service and hence they disconnected my connection and refund will be processed I had not requested any cancellation. Please escalate this to higher authorities.
