@mikey3982 Thank you Mike. Passivhaus and renewable energy for transport are the clear winners here. With the former becoming less of a premium as the industry increases its experience.
@BandQ I have just bought the macallister 1200 plunge saw. The box contained these two items but I can’t see any explanation of what they are for. Are they needed for safe operation of the saw? Pic attached.
@BarnabasCalder Interesting - I thought Historic England would have (wrongly) prevented that. Very encouraging. I tried arguing it with them, saying that had the technology at the time existed, the building would have featured it. Didn’t get me far. :-)

@BarnabasCalder @WHurst1 @ollywainwright@RowanMoore@edwinheathcote We now use our revit models combined with OneClick plug-in to itemise every last piece of carbon. We then compare that with our renewables to ensure we are climate positive. The problem tends to come from the PVs being heavy in carbon themselves.
Birthday treats from @KarenSeagrave - looking forward to reading this. A topic that is central to all my designs and written by the eminent @BarnabasCalder
@EveAinsworth Yes. Unfortunately that’s exactly what I’m suffering with. Felt fine in Xmas day and the day after then wham! Dropped badly again last night. Evil bug.
