Since the govt is not doing its job to protect its citizens, the citizens must protect themselves. Being able to perform even basic background checks on CHILD CARE PROVIDERS seems quite reasonable to do. Hiding the data only encourages more abuse.

You configure for a limited run and reconfigure for the next job. In a large company with large orders, that would be automated.
