@SonosSupport my tivo remote isn't pairing with my new Sonos Beam.

@SonosSupport I was able to get the besm to respond to the tivo remote volume buttons intermittently, but now the beam is no longer responding to my remote. The tv still responds to the remote, and the remote batteries are fresh.
