I love coffee...Costa is just what I drink when I’m tired at a motorway service station..it’s low quality coffee with burnt milk most of the time..but it keeps you awake when you most need. Hygiene however, shouldn’t be compromised

@CostaCoffee I’ve seen very worrying practices at Costa Reading Services twice now. Firstly: using dirty milk pitchers with dried milk residue not cleaned off from previous drinks and secondly, adding fresh milk to already steamed left over milk. Are the staff barista trained ?

@TivoliChelt Lovely friendly staff and quite a nice place...but the food was sadly awful...albeit I had a warm nostalgic feeling as the roast dinner reminded me of ‘school’ dinners; overcooked roasties, nuclear parsnips, bland cabbage and bisto-style gravy...
