Hello @Roblox,

I really need help with my account Bennymaster09, which was compromised on August 27, 2026.

During the compromise, someone gained unauthorized access to my account and uploaded inappropriate content, resulting in my account being moderated for Sexual Content.

I did NOT upload this content and would NEVER upload anything like this.

I have contacted Roblox Support multiple times, but I still haven't received a substantive response regarding the actual account compromise.

My Support tickets include:

My mother has also contacted Roblox Support separately as my parent/guardian because we are becoming increasingly concerned about receiving no proper response regarding the compromise.

I appealed all 5 moderated images/assets and an experience-related warning. Unfortunately, these appeals were denied, and I was never given a proper opportunity to provide all of the evidence I have.

I have screenshots showing that several of my other accounts were compromised during the SAME security incident, including evidence of unauthorized access from different IP addresses/locations.

Unfortunately, I don't have a normal unauthorized Roblox login screenshot. I believe the attacker may have accessed my existing browser session through stolen cookies/session tokens, meaning there may not have been a normal password login for me to screenshot.

I have been part of Roblox for many years. My account Benniewies09 will be 10 years old in April, and Bennymaster09 will be 6 years old in October.

I also create Roblox experiences for younger players, including Build a Campsite. I have a younger brother and sister who play Roblox, and together with my parents I actively help keep their Roblox accounts secure and help them use Roblox safely.

This is why this moderation is so upsetting to me. Uploading sexual or inappropriate content is completely inconsistent with how I have used Roblox for all these years. I would NEVER knowingly upload content like this.

I am NOT disputing that the inappropriate content violates Roblox's rules.

I am disputing that I was the person who uploaded it.

After discovering the compromise, I completely reset my PC, changed my passwords, terminated active sessions, and secured my accounts.

Please, could someone review this as an ACCOUNT COMPROMISE case and give me an opportunity to provide my screenshots and evidence?

I would greatly appreciate any actual response. I have been trying to get help for days and I just want someone to properly investigate what happened.

Hi @Roblox, my account was hacked after malware stole my cookies/tokens. The hacker uploaded extremely inappropriate content, which got me banned. I did NOT upload this and have proof of unauthorized logins. I’ve contacted support but really need help getting my case reviewed. 🙏
