GREAT COFFEE, BUT GRATITUDE BREWED WEAK
The service at #Camellia - CHIC was impressively quick, and the café latte was crafted just to my liking. The waitress delivered it promptly and asked if I had already paid, which I confirmed. Then, she walked away.
I had to call her back to remind her of the simplest part of the service: thanking the customer. She did thank me, albeit without a smile. It’s a bit puzzling how the team aced the more challenging task of providing fast, quality coffee, but stumbled on the easiest part — a warm “thank you.”
Keep up the good work on the coffee, and maybe brew some gratitude into the mix!
