#Browns WR Denzel Boston on the non-call PI against him Thursday in their win over the Steelers:

"Real time, I definitely felt like I was getting mauled a little bit. But that's one of those plays I wish I got back, one of those plays I wish I could have held onto. I carry pride with make sure I catch any ball that's thrown at me. So that's when I wish I could get back, just had to watch film and see what I could improve on and make sure I make that play next time."

Denzel Ward said he almost left Ohio State because it was so hard.

Going against Michael Thomas, Terry McLaurin and Braxton Miller every day in practice was no joke. 😳

Would you have stayed?

NEW: Ohio State's Ryan Day reveals his message to Julian Sayin on forcing the ball to Jeremiah Smith:

"If he’s single-covered, he’s open. If he’s double-covered, he’s sort of open. If he’s triple-covered, he’s covered... Somebody’s gotta be open somewhere else."

Jared Verse has 0 sacks...and the Browns are top 5 in pressure rate (44%). That's better than when they had Myles Garrett last year (37%).

[Joe Thomas @joethomas73]

“Jared Verse has been a bust since the Garrett trade.”

That's what the outside world is saying....

Zero sacks through four games. But he leads the Browns in pressures, and six of them came against Carolina, where his rush helped Mason Graham and Isaiah McGuire get home.

Sacks are the receipt. The pressure is the purchase.

We rolled the tape. Coaching point for every young lineman: a rush that moves the quarterback is a win, even when somebody else makes the tackle.

#Browns Mason Graham has a sprained MCL and sprained ankle that will keep him out at least a few weeks, source tells clevelanddotcom. But early signs are that he avoided a major injury that will require a lengthy rehab.

The recipe was on film: Hope Carolina gets this cleaned up, if not, it’ll be a long season. Y’all leave Jared Verse alone. He’s exactly what this team needs. A young and unselfish player that’s helping teammates shine. His impact is beyond sacks. - and #51 - baller 💪🏾
