@PlymouthRock To your credit, after I outlined my plan to report this bad-faith insurance practice to the NJ Department of Insurance and to file a civil case with the County Court, MOST of the settlement agreement was honored except for about $400 previously agreed for the Suburban damage.

@PlymouthRock offered me a full settlement, signed the agreement, initiated payment—then backed out. No explanation. Just vanished. Apparently, their contracts are only binding when it's convenient for them. #BadFaith #PlymouthRock #Insurance

@richo_1973 @kristique8 @NRA And I repeat, that would be the first time any recognized right guaranteed by our constitution (which encompasses the bill of rights) would be taken away. How does this particular decision affect you so much anyway? It isn't forcing you to conceal carry.
