I have lived in Minnesota since 1994. It has gone from being one of the safest, prettiest places in the US to — under @GovTimWalz — one of the saddest. Police morale has plummeted. More people have left than moved in.

It is said to generate 4,700 GWh (4.7 TWh) of electricity in a year, enough to power 200,000 homes, which means each home purchases roughly 0.0235 GWh of electricity per year.

This means that the solar array has a power capacity of 0.255, meaning that it operates at full power just a sliver more than a quarter of the year.
